Laser scanned, produced detailed 3D models and developed full fabrication drawings.

Successful construction of new roof structure, connecting stairways, access platforms that established the design life of the asset.

Project: Design of new access chute and platform for coal sampling and inspections.
Solution:
Site measure, produced detailed 3D models and developed full fabrication drawings.
Outcome:
Successful construction of new chute access and man hole hatch that established the und user requirement for coal sampling and inspections.

Project: Detailed design of ship loader for local port infrastructure.
Solution:
Interpret consulting firm engineering drawings, produced detailed 3D models and developed full fabrication drawings and build plan with local fabricator.
Outcome:
Successful construction of a new ship loader to replace existing port infrastructure with upgraded flow rate.
04.
Project: Detailed design of 8T underground loader, including engineering of a new FOPS/ROPS (falling object, and roll over protection structure) canopy.
Solution:
Produced detailed 3D models and developed full fabrication drawings and build plan with local fabricator for new release of their next OEM product.
Outcome:
Successful construction of a new 8T Machine to the fleet of existing OEM products for our client.

Project: Detailed design of a new set of dozer support stands.
Solution:
Produced detailed 3D models, complete engineering analysis for the required WLL (working load limit) and developed full fabrication drawing.
Outcome:
Successful construction of a new stands that are fit for purpose and end user focused.

Outcome:
Successful construction of new ash tank and connecting stairways, access platform & guarding system that improved the overall operational flow of the ash sludge.
